Bitting Residence – Carriage House & Pool Addition – Rosemary Beach, FL
As a designer my number one goal is to establish your needs as the client and your budget expectations. Once a wishlist is outlined and a design contract is signed, I then measure your existing site conditions, and produce to-scale cadd drawings. This is the blueprint from which I bring a concept design plan through cadd and sketchup 3D modeling to work through any design revisions needed until you are happy with the concept. I finalize my design packages by developing a line by line cost estimation of all work to be performed, and I also provide recommendations for local builders that I have had long working relationships with so that we can bring your vision to reality and get it built!

Dallal Residence - Custom Concrete Steps/Full Landscape. La Jolla, CA
The Dallals were looking to finish off their newly remodeled custom home with a landscape to compliment its beauty. A fully custom cantilevered poured concrete staircase provides a breathtaking entry focal point to the residence, and clean landscaping to match. Serenity calls in this highlighted La Jolla Residence.

Corbin Residence - Complete Pool Redesign. Valley Center, CA
This existing pool shell was built over the property setbacks. A concept was derived to save the existing shell of the pool, to be reused in a completely new design that would eliminate the illegal portion of the pool, add a baja shelf on the north side for added leisure, resurface the pool with a cleaner smooth finish for easier maintenance, and implement a new pool equipment system specified to maintain its well-supplied water source. The new pool is proposed to be finished with natural stone coping to match the giant native granite boulders surrounding the pool yard, truly allowing the pool to blend into its surroundings!
